- Facilitate provision of Cloud based document harvesting, management and handover systems, including provision of budget costs for inclusion for new project bids.
- Prepare pro-formas to match contract documents and upload into a cloud based system, using a format developed to suit Contract and end-users’ requirements.
- Prepare cloud based vehicle for receipt of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals in standard formats to meet requirements of Contract documents.
- Train Client’s site users of Cloud based system to enable harvesting, submittal, approval and dissemination of all required handover documents, including O&M manuals, concurrently with construction progress.
- Maintain cloud based documents until final handover.
- Arrange and facilitate Facility Managers’ training in the operation and maintenance of all maintainable equipment.
- Provide video records of training as required by Contract Documents.
